A Himalayan Bulbul, also known as the White-cheeked Bulbul, is perched atop a slender tree branch in Jabbarkhet near Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The bird appears highly alert and inquisitive, constantly scanning its surroundings. Its head and neck move rapidly in all directions—up and down, left and right—as it carefully observes activity around it. The bulbul's energetic movements and attentive posture reflect its curious nature and vigilance while perched in the open.
