A Five-striped Palm squirrel looks on in panic, as it sees its nest-hold drey being destroyed by a White-cheeked Barbet in South India. The Squirrel desperately tries to salvage the nesting material with its young ones hidden inside it, by dragging the fibrous mass away, after the Barbet has flung the materials out of the squirrel's nest hole. The Barbet calls out loudly to proclaim its ownership of the nest hole, and its vanquishment of the squirrel. A real life enactment of 'might is right' and one of those similes about the powerful getting their way! The barbet's beak is a more powerful tool than the squirrel's teeth, after all...
