This video captures a ground-level glimpse of the Kanwar Yatra along the Meerut–Haridwar highway, where sections of the road are temporarily blocked to facilitate the smooth and safe movement of Kanwar Yatris. Large groups of devotees can be seen walking in disciplined lines as authorities manage traffic and crowd flow during this annual pilgrimage. During the Kanwar Yatra, devotees carry Kanwars—decorated bamboo frames balanced on the shoulders—filled with sacred Ganga Jal collected from Haridwar or other holy ghats. Along with water pots, many Kanwariyas also carry trishuls, saffron flags, rudraksha malas, bells, small idols or images of Lord Shiva, and wear saffron or white attire symbolising purity and devotion. Continuous chants of “Bol Bam” fill the atmosphere, reflecting deep faith
