Kunal Khemu: "Kalyug and Traffic Signal are completely different films. Both have different stories and different characters, so working on them was a different experience. The Traffic Signal is much more realistic. It is closely connected to life on the streets. The film was shot in that style as well, and its storytelling is very natural and authentic. On the other hand, Kalyug was based on a real social issue, but it also had commercial elements. It had a hero, a villain, and a redemption arc. Traffic Signal, however, is a very realistic film. I think people might come away feeling that they had just watched someone's real life unfold. So although both films were different, working on each of them was a unique experience."
