A Great Barbet is observed perched on a tree in Jabarkhet Nature Reserve near Mussoorie. This large Asian barbet species is native to the Himalayan region and occupies forested habitats. The bird is documented feeding on tree foliage while maintaining a stationary perch. Its plumage shows green body coloration with blue head and neck features. The video records feeding behavior, perch stability, and interaction with surrounding vegetation in a hill forest environment.
