A White-capped Redstart (Phoenicurus leucocephalus) is observed in a Himalayan forest, actively wagging its tail. The bird often perches on rocks or near streams, displaying its characteristic black plumage with a contrasting white crown and bright chestnut tail. The repeated tail-wagging motion is a typical behaviour of this species. It remains alert, scanning its surroundings while making short movements.
