A Black Bulbul (Hypsipetes leucocephalus) is perched on a tree branch in a Himalayan forest. The bird is observed calling, with its beak open during vocalisation. Its dark plumage and upright posture are characteristic of the species. The surrounding habitat includes dense forest vegetation typical of montane regions. The bird remains alert while vocalising from an elevated perch. This behaviour reflects territorial or communication calls common among bulbuls in forest environments.
