Cutest bird babies you ever saw! Large yellow eyes of newly-born Eurasian Stone Curlew chicks, as seen at our wildfilmsindia sanctuary in Delhi. Mama Curlew stands guard as the chicks skulk and hide around her, having successfully hatched and survived the crucial first few days. Hiccuping up and down in the bright day time sunlight, this Curlew looks out of place in the open and in bright light. It briefly preens and then returns to its successfully fledged hatchlings in the open bowl of our Wilderness Orchard in New Delhi. Look me in the eye!
