A Brown-headed Barbet (Psilopogon zeylanicus), a common resident bird found across much of the Indian subcontinent. The species is identified by its streaked brown head, bright green plumage, large reddish-orange bill, and bare orange-red skin around the eyes. The bird is perched while actively turning its head and observing its surroundings. Its attentive posture and frequent neck movements indicate visual monitoring of the nearby environment. The footage highlights characteristic behavior and field marks of this cavity-nesting barbet species.
