Rufous Treepie (Dendrocitta vagabunda) observed in New Delhi, India, displaying natural feeding and movement behaviour among tree branches. A Rufous Treepie perched on branches before flying between trees while actively searching for food. The bird is identifiable by its warm rufous-brown body, long graduated tail, black head, and contrasting pale wing patches typical of this striking corvid species. Rufous Treepies are highly adaptable arboreal birds commonly found in forests, orchards, woodland edges, gardens, and urban green spaces throughout India. The video highlights the bird’s alert behaviour as it scans its surroundings, moves through the canopy, and forages naturally within a tree-filled habitat in New Delhi.
