A big herd of elephants (Elephas maximus) crosses a patch of grassland as humans chase after them. Elephants are the largest terrestrial mammals and are herbivorous in their diet. Asiatic elephant populations are on the decline due to hunting for their tusks and also encroachment of their habitats by human activities. A number of human and elephant lives are lost or put in danger every year in areas where they both exist side by side.
