Two Rose-ringed Parakeets (Psittacula krameri), also known as Ring-necked Parakeets, are perched on a tree trunk and adjacent branches in New Delhi, India. One bird is clearly visible on the left side of the trunk, facing right, while the second is partially obscured by leaves on the opposite side. The species is identifiable by its green plumage, long tail, and curved red beak. Adult males typically show a distinct neck ring, while females and juveniles lack or show a faint marking. The leafy surroundings indicate a common urban habitat where these parrots are frequently observed.
