Have you ever seen such blue eggs? A Bank Mynah mother falls asleep as she incubates her clutch of eggs. A sound awakens her. She wakes up to turns the eggs in her clutch, in order to evenly incubate them. Eggs need to be turned every once in a while so that all parts of them are warmed by the bird's belly. An unusual place for a Bank Myna to lay its eggs. The name itself - Bank Myna - suggests that they like nesting in mud and sand banks, in long horizontal tunnel nests. Here, a pair has chosen to nest in the grill of a building in a far more exposed place. The bird call all around suggests that the location is within a forested area!
