Picking mangoes off such a huge tree without injuring the mangoes (by dropping and bruising them) and without damaging the tree is an art in itself. Farm workers use bamboo poles to chase off parakeets from the mango trees and pick Dussehri mangoes at an orchard in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
