A virtual gyro stabilized walk through of an Aam ka bagiya in UP. Trees laden with langda aam at a mango orchard in Pavli Khas, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. With the Brainfever bird calling (Common Hawk Cuckoo) and the heat at its peak, conditions are just right for the acidic langda mango to near ripen and reach its right size on the tree. It is then harvested raw and ripens with its own acid over the course of a few days by the time it reaches the market.
