Batter is poured onto the pan, and a dosa is lined up for patrons of an outdoor food stand at Bhikaji Cama Place in New Delhi. The round dosa is patted down with a ladle. Special Masala Dosa and Plain Dosa are the order of the day! The stuffing is added in - masala and potato for the former and nothing more than the batter-prepared pancake for the latter. It is unfortunately served on a thermocol plate. When will India stop using thermocol which simply does not disintegrate or get recycled?
