Indian meal on the go: Tandoori Naan and Roti being prepared for office goers at aroadside dhaba, around the office complex of Bhikaji Cama Place in South Delhi. Aata is goondoed or kneaded in a large dekchi. Methi is added and naans are made and distributed to the food clients waiting outside. The naan is prepared by being stuck to the sides of the tandoor oven, onto the baked mud inside. Everyone sits on the ground and partakes of the fare on offer.
