A dhaba walla runs his road-side eatery with a tandoor to boot! He prepares rolls of dough and pats them onto the sides of the heated tandoor, to turn into Amritsari naan which is his speciality. The typical crowd here at Palika Bhawan in South Delhi comprises of shop keepers, shop staff and officer goers. Even some folks who have come to get their cars repaired, as well as drivers. Even pedestrians and auto drivers stop by for a meal. This location stands opposite the Hyatt Regency Hotel along the Ring Road in Delhi. Unfortunately, the naan is served in thermocol plates and there is no provision to recycle thermocol in india. It simply cannot be recycled. When will the government altogether ban thermocol plates from being made? This footage is part of the broadcast stock footage archive o
