An Indian grey hornbill (Ocyceros birostris) perched on a bare branch against a pale sky. The bird has grey-brown plumage, a long curved bill with a small casque on top, and a long tail edged with white. It looks around from its perch, ruffles its feathers, and lowers its head to preen. In the final scene, the hornbill tilts its head backwards and opens its bill widely, showing the movement of its throat and beak. The close-up footage captures the bird’s plumage, bill structure, and everyday behaviour.
