A pair of White-breasted Waterhen is observed standing at the edge of a water body. This species is commonly found in wetlands, ponds, and marshy areas across India. The birds show dark slate-grey plumage with a contrasting white face, throat, and breast. Dense green vegetation surrounds the waterline, providing cover and foraging habitat. They remain close to the shoreline, typical of their behaviour while searching for insects, small aquatic organisms, and plant matter. The footage captures their presence in a vegetated wetland environment.
