A rare sighting of a snow leopard family in the rugged mountains of Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh, India. Often called the "Ghost of the Mountains," the snow leopard (Panthera uncia) is one of the world's most elusive big cats, renowned for its incredible camouflage and secretive behavior. The video features two snow leopard cubs resting peacefully beneath a rocky overhang while their mother remains nearby in the harsh, high-altitude landscape. Their thick smoky-grey coats, marked with distinctive dark rosettes, blend perfectly into the rocky terrain, making them exceptionally difficult to detect.
