A Brown-headed Barbet is observed around its nesting site in Wilderness Orchard. Perched beside a tree cavity, the barbet carefully scans its surroundings, looking to its right before entering the hollow. In another scene, the bird is seen resting on a nearby branch with its beak slightly open while gazing straight ahead, remaining alert to activity in its environment. Then returns to the nesting cavity, where the barbet emerges and extends its head outside the hollow. With its beak open, it looks forward before tilting its head upward to inspect the area above. Back on the branch, the bird continues to perch with its beak open and later engages in preening behavior, using its beak to scratch and groom its feathers.
