These Mynas took charge of this hollow log nesthole that we created on a Ber or Zizyphus tree in Delhi. Common Mynas are observed taking over nest built by other birds in tree hollows and boxes. This one here has just brought back a leaf for its nest inside the hollow of the trunk. Watch the bird jumping from its nest to the branch and back in slow motion. It is a common bird in urban and residential areas. Considered noisy as it mimics other bird calls. It is seen in flocks except during the mating season.
