A beautiful Black Bulbul perches high within the misty Himalayan forest canopy while actively foraging for small wild fruits among the branches. The bird displays its characteristic slate-grey plumage, spiky black crest, and vivid coral-red bill and feet, making it one of the most visually distinctive songbirds found in Himalayan forests. Moving carefully through the canopy, the bulbul feeds among clusters of fruits while remaining alert to its surroundings. A second companion bird briefly appears lower within the frame, suggesting pair or group activity commonly observed in bulbuls.
