The small green birds are definitely feeling the Delhi heat with their beaks wide open. This is to bring down their internal body temperature. Beaks gaping open and the more colourful individual which is the male seems to be hovering around the female with duller colours. This is filmed in Delhi in the late spring. We are not sure if the male is trying to attract the female to mate. Observe that the female is shooing off the male or is the female uninterested? Are they getting into a fight or is this love?
