A group of Common Redshank is observed at the edge of Shakambari Jheel. These migratory wading birds are seen in shallow, muddy water typical of inland wetlands. Individuals move through the water while probing the substrate for food, along with periods of preening. The species is identified by its medium size, long legs, and straight bill suited for feeding in soft mud. The wetland environment supports feeding and resting activity during migration. The footage captures group behaviour and routine activities, such as foraging and feather maintenance.
