A female White-browed Blue flycatcher is seen approaching a nest in the hollow crook of an oak tree, in slow-motion, carrying a moth in her beak with which to feed to her chicks. Talk of fresh feed! The moth seems to be alive in the beak of the Flycatcher! She can then be seen feeding her chicks, while a Collared Pygmy Owlet calls in the background. This could be a potential predator for a Flycatcher of this size. What a delicate flight the female Flycatcher has, even as its head stays stationary while its body spasms in 'stationery flight', as captured here in this terrific slow motion shot.
