The majestic Chaukhamba Range dominates the horizon when viewed from the ridge near Kartik Swami Mandir in the Chopta region of Uttarakhand. Rising prominently in the Garhwal Himalayas, the Chaukhamba massif—meaning “four pillars”—features four closely grouped peaks that create a striking, symmetrical skyline.
