A Rufous-necked Snowfinch (Pyrgilauda ruficollis) moving quickly across a high-altitude meadow above the tree line. Its sandy plumage and rusty neck patch blend with dry grass, lichen-covered rocks, and small purple flowers. The bird keeps close to the ground, pausing briefly before moving between different spots while searching for food. The footage captures the species' ground-foraging behaviour in an open alpine environment.
