Smallest Ullu Owl in the world can turn its neck 360 degrees: Collared Pygmy Owlet at wildfilmsindia Jabbarkhet This ullu cutely fluffs out the feathers on top of its head and looks out with its beady yellow eye. It lives a very secretive life and is barely seen and has been even more rarely filmed. A small bird that lives among the Himalayan forest canopy, little was known about it until we spent years filming it. Inquisitive glances 360 degrees around it from this Collared Pygmy Owlet, smallest owl in the world! With 'eyes' at the back of its head, this Ullu actually looks like it is staring at you when it is looking the other way!
