This is one leopard in a panicked hurry! She seems to be concerned about other leopards moving in on her kill or even hyenas bothering her... It's a sumptuous meal for this solitary hunter - that of a Spotted deer. The leopard licks its meal and is feeding in a hurry. Alertness and insecurity show in its movement. Leopards are known to drag their prized hunts to the forks of trees to avoid other competition from bigger predators. "While the Leopard is mainly a night time hunter, they have been known to be out during the day.
