Vehicles line up outside pollution checkpoints. Private motorists and public transport vehicles line up the centre to get tested for pollution. Motorists with no Pollution Under Control papers (PUC) will be subjected to penalties according to the New Motor Vehicles Act, 2019. This has given rise to vehicle owners frequenting pollution checkpoints.
