Government department vehicles stay in queue to get the pollution under control (PUC) test taken. Motorists across the capital are getting their valid PUC certificates to steer clear of fines and penalties from the traffic police. According to the New Motor Vehicles Act,2019 it is mandatory to have a PUC clearance for motor vehicles to ply on Indian roads.
