A male Indian Peafowl (Pavo cristatus) foraging alongside a peahen in Wilderness Orchard, New Delhi, India. The male is identifiable by its iridescent blue neck and breast, as well as the distinctive grey and white scalloped pattern on its back feathers. Although its ornamental train is not fully visible, the bird's vibrant plumage clearly distinguishes it from the female. The peahen displays cryptic brown coloration that provides camouflage in grassy and wooded habitats. Indian Peafowl commonly forage on the ground, feeding on seeds, fruits, insects, and other small organisms. The video shows the pair moving through vegetation while searching for food in their natural environment.
