Just like in this video, we all have experienced massive traffic jams either while going up or coming down the hills. This manic backing up of traffic used to happen only during the peak season of summers but now this has become a weekly affair. All thanks to global warming, people living in the plains rush to the hills for some fresh air and calm life, as and when they can.
