Children of Osla village play football in the western Himalaya, India. The wooden temple is an old architectural vestige from ancient Garhwal and the people here actually pray to Duryodhan, a baddie from the Mahabharath era! Nowhere else in the world do people seem to pray to him! The boys entertain themselves with a match of football in the village's temple square. A boy wears pink gum boots. Situated at an altitude of 2560 mtrs, Osla is one of the most beautiful villages in the Fateh parvat region. Here is a beautiful caved temple dedicated to Duryodhana, the eldest brother of Kauravas. The Someshwar temple is located here in this village. This temple is India's only temple of Duryodhana, a character of the Indian epic Mahabharata.
