Nowhere else in India do they worship the 'baddie' Duryodhana! The temple of 'Duryodhan' at Osla Village. It is on the on the way to Har-ki-Dun Valley at the North-West corner of Uttarakhand. It is said that after the holy war of 'Kurukshetra', where Duryodhan and man of his associates were killed, his followers took refuge in this area, the hills of Uttarakhand, which people (at that age) dared. They established temples of Duryodhan and Karna, one of his heroic associates, and spread the culture of worship of these dietified characters. Till date, people in 22 villages in the region worship Duryodhan and Karna. This temple is also known as Someshwar Temple.
