Notice the lovely traditional construction of houses in Garhwal, with traditional stone and wood used in alternating bands. The villages of Osla and Sima lie along the Har ki dun trekking route. Situated at an altitude of 2560 mtrs, Osla is one of the most beautiful villages in the Fateh parvat region. Here is a beautiful caved temple dedicated to Duryodhana, the eldest brother of Kauravas. The Someshwar temple is located here in this village. This temple is India's only temple of Duryodhana, a character of the Indian epic Mahabharata.
