In Uttar Pradesh's Sakoti village is a training institute free of cost for discus throw enthusiasts. The institute is run by Ankush Punia, husband and coach of Asian Games discus throw gold medalist Seema Punia. Watch the training ground of the institute in the village. Young men and women are seen exercising and jogging before throwing the discus. The coach Ankush himself is seen demonstrating the techniques and physical positions while throwing the discus. The trainee athletes takes turn to throw the rod shaped and round discus.
