Many of us have seen varieties of the modern and traditional kitchen but here you would be able to see the Bhutanese ancient traditional kitchen coordinated by the Royal Bhutanese embassy. the set up of the kitchen was old- styled and was appreciated by many visitors. The Royal Bhutan Embassy in New Delhi in association with the Ministry of External Affairs of India organised one of the biggest event- Bhutan Week at IGNCA Complex in New Delhi, from 23rd to 30th September 2018 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of peaceful relations between Bhutan and India. The entrance to the kitchen is beautifully decorated with stones and mud with hanging harvested wheat, scoop made out of bottle gourd, red chillies, big chugos made from Yak milk etc...
