We were told that it would be arriving early on the 15th of June, but on the 8th of July, there is SIMPLY no monsoon in sight! Is this going to be a low rainfall monsoon year, or not? Regardless, the stock markets will rise as a bull cartel is clearly on the prowl, and even bad monsoon news will not dampen Indian stocks!
