Every year, skilled craftsmen build towering effigies of Ravana, Meghnad, and Kumbhkaran, which are displayed and ceremonially burned during Dussehra celebrations across Delhi and other parts of India. The workshop yard is filled with bamboo frameworks, colorful paper coverings, and partially completed festival structures in various stages of construction. Artisans can be seen assembling, inspecting, and decorating the handcrafted effigies using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
