Ghagra or an ethnic Indian skirt made of bamboo frames and papers decorated with colourful stickers as Delhi gears up for Dussehra festival. Frames designed as the head of the Raavana, the demon king wrapped in colourful papers lie waiting for the ghagra. Effigies of Raavana, the ten-headed Lankan King in Hindu mythology are made every year at the Ravaanwallahs in Titarpur. The products are also exported to markets in foreign countries and within the country itself every Dusserah. Dussehra is celebrated by Hindus every year symbolising the defeat of Raavana in the hands of Rama.
