A female Grey-winged Blackbird (Turdus boulboul) is observed tending to her chicks in a nest built within the hollow of a tree trunk. The nest is positioned in a moss-covered crevice, surrounded by dense green foliage that provides concealment. The chicks are seen with their mouths wide open, a typical begging behavior exhibited during feeding. A male Grey-winged Blackbird also arrives at the nest, contributing to feeding the chicks. Both parents alternate between foraging and returning to the nest with food. The sequence documents parental care, coordinated feeding, and nesting behavior of this Himalayan forest species.
