A Rufous Sibia (Heterophasia capistrata) perched among dense green foliage in a Himalayan forest. The bird has a rufous-orange body that contrasts with its dark head and face. It moves between branches and foliage while exploring the surrounding vegetation for food. Wild berries grow among the leaves near the bird’s perch. Bird calls and chirping can be heard in the forest background as the sibia moves through the branches. The footage captures the bird’s plumage, perching behaviour, and activity within its forest habitat.
