Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a sculpture with sand at a beach in Odisha's Puri paid tribute to those affected by the twin disasters, Tsunami and Earthquake which wrecked Indonesian Island Sulawesi. Locals gathered at the beach to see the sand sculpture which appealed to people to help the Tsunami victims.
