This beautiful footage captures the annual nesting ritual of the olive ridley turtle (Lepidochelys olivacea) along the pristine shores of Odisha. The scene opens with a turtle slowly making her way back toward the sea after laying her eggs in a carefully dug burrow, her tracks etched across the soft sand. At the same time, the beach is filled with numerous other olive ridleys resting quietly, gathering their strength before beginning their own nesting process.
