All the way from the coastline of South America, these turtles swim across the world to nest along these pristine sands in Orissa, in the hope of keeping their kind going in the world. Those marks in the sand are not jeep tracks but hallowed turtle fin markings, as a few stragglers still remain on the beach to lay their eggs and head back into the warm waters of the Bay of Bengal.
