A Rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) is perched on a tree branch, surrounded by vibrant green foliage. The monkey is in a relaxed resting posture, holding one of its legs with its hands. Its opposable thumbs are clearly visible, allowing it to grip both the branch and its limb with ease. The expression and body language suggest a calm, undisturbed moment in its natural habitat. The dense green leaves in the background provide a lush setting and natural camouflage. Natural daylight highlights the texture of the fur, the grip of the hands, and the surrounding vegetation.
