The station features a large building, a cable car docking platform and overhead steel cables supported by ropeway infrastructure. Grassy slopes and safety railings surround the terminal area. Layers of the Garhwal Himalayan mountain range extend across the background, with mist partially covering the distant hills. The ropeway connects Joshimath with the Auli region.
